Bs Social Foundation

We’re over in South Delhi at E-137/2 Gautam Nagar, right near Andrewsganj. The Bs Social Foundation has been running out of this building for a while now. It’s a typical Delhi residential-style setup turned into an office space. We have a couple of rooms where we handle all the social work stuff. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get through the work. Computers, some old files, and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every ten minutes. It’s a practical place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing up reports. Sometimes the traffic in Andrewsganj makes it hard to get here on time, but we manage. We aren’t some big corporation with a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us sorting through mail or fixing a desk lamp. It’s just how we operate. We like being in this part of town because it’s central. The rent is okay and the local food stalls are great for lunch. We just do our work, help out who we can, and keep the Foundation going one day at a time. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do and we’re used to the pace of it. We share the floor with a few other quiet neighbors who mostly mind their own business. It’s just a normal office filled with everyday people.
