You can find us at the Community Center in Zamrudpur, which is part of the Kailash Colony Extension in South Delhi. Our address is number 42. It’s an interesting area because it’s a mix of old residential houses and newer office spaces. Brit-Ed is the name on our door. We deal with education stuff, mostly. The office is a bit crowded with books and papers everywhere. We don’t have those minimalist desks you see in magazines. It’s a real working space. South Delhi can be quite pricey and fancy, but our corner of Zamrudpur feels more like a real neighborhood. We have been here for a while and we know the other people in the community center pretty well. Sometimes we have to run out to get photocopies or grab a quick lunch from the local eateries. It’s a busy life. We spend a lot of time answering emails and talking to people who want to study further. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We’re just a small team working out of this office, trying to get the job done right. The traffic in Kailash Colony can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located in South Delhi makes it easier for most people to reach us during the day. We keep the doors open and the desks messy because that is how we work best. It is just a normal, everyday office setup.
