Bobaa Brewery Private Limited

If you are looking for us, we are down in the basement of B-227 in Greater Kailash-1. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler down here when the sun is beating down on New Delhi. We started Bobaa Brewery Private Limited because we really liked the idea of making different kinds of drinks. GK-1 is a busy spot with lots of shops and cars, so there is always something happening on the street above us. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different mixes and seeing what works. It’s a lot of trial and error, and honestly, we’ve made some things that tasted pretty bad before we got them right. The team is just a few friends and some local staff we hired from the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We all pitch in with the cleaning and the heavy lifting. Sometimes the pipes in this old building give us trouble, and we have to spend the morning waiting for a plumber instead of working on recipes. It’s not always glamorous. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one to let people know we are there. We just want to make stuff that people enjoy drinking when they are hanging out in South Delhi. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
