You can find us at Shop No. 2, C-84-A on the ground floor in Lajpat Nagar-1. BILLIONS BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the sign. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded and noisy, but it’s a good place to be. We work in the building and construction trade. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s where all the planning happens. We have a lot of blueprints and samples lying around. People often stop by just to ask questions about their own building projects. We don't mind. It's part of being in a local neighborhood like this. The ground floor shop makes it easy for us to load our gear into the van every morning. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the shop is sometimes empty for a few hours. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just rely on doing the work and people talking about it. Lajpat Nagar has a lot of energy and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the neighbors come in for a chat and we share some tea. It's a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our work at C-84-A and make sure things get built properly. It’s a simple, straightforward way to make a living. We just keep our shop open and our heads down and get on with things.
