Bhaicini Street Food Private Limited

Our little spot is tucked away in Shahpur Jat, right at 252A on the ground floor. It's a bit of a maze back here in the village, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We are right there with Raghvir Singh’s place. We started Bhaicini Street Food Private Limited because we noticed people around here were always looking for something quick to eat that didn't cost a fortune. Shahpur Jat has changed a lot lately with all the boutiques and offices, but the heart of it is still the same narrow streets. We spend a lot of time just prepping ingredients in our small kitchen space. It gets pretty hot in there during the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that help a bit. We are just a small group of people who like street food. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to look professional. Mostly, we just wear our old clothes and get to work. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow and just watch the bikes go by. It’s a simple life. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order enough napkins or running out of a certain spice, but we fix it and keep moving.
