We operate out of L Ii 75 in Lajpat Nagar. The name on the board is Beera Homes Llp. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a massive team or a huge office space. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle all our home-building business. The neighborhood is always bustling, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. Inside, it’s usually a mess of floor plans and contract papers. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, the filing system usually goes out the window. We’ve got a few old chairs for visitors, though they aren't the most comfortable. We aren't trying to pretend to be a giant corporation. We’re just a local group that knows how to put a house together. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters. It involves a lot of shouting on the phone and driving around the city. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because we’re stuck at a site. We don't have any big speeches or slogans. We just like to see a project through from start to finish. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about some material delivery that’s running late. It’s just how things go for us every day in Lajpat Nagar. We keep at it because we like seeing a job done right.
