Bakers Forest Private Limited is tucked away in Gali Number 2 of Joga Bai in Zakir Nagar. We are on the third floor of R-236/2, right near Islah Masjid. It’s a busy part of Okhla. We spend our days up there working on our baked goods. The area is quite crowded, so being on the third floor gives us a bit of space to breathe. We’ve been here for some time now. We aren't a massive company with lots of departments. It’s just a few of us handling everything from the dough to the deliveries. Jamia Nagar is a lively place to work. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just work. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. It’s a very local operation. We know the neighbors and the sounds of the street. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the traffic in the lanes, but that’s just how Zakir Nagar is. We focus on getting the work done every day. It’s a simple business model: we bake things and people buy them. No big mission statements or anything like that. We are just part of the local fabric here in South Delhi. If you’re near the masjid, you’re basically right by us. We just keep doing what we do. We put in the hours and try to stay organized in our small kitchen space. It's a practical, local life.
