Awaz-E-Khwateen (Voice Of Women) Forum

You can find our office at D-319 in Defence Colony. It is a well-known area, and our building fits right in with the others on the street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors mostly know who we are by now. It is a decent space, not too big but enough for the work we do every day. We don't have any big signs out front or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see us coming and going throughout the week. Inside, it is a bit crowded with files and desks, but we like it that way because it feels like a real workspace. We don’t really worry about having everything look perfect or polished. There is always a pot of tea going and someone talking about the latest project. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for people to reach from different parts of the city. The rooms have large windows that let in some light, though the view is just of the street and the trees. It’s a practical environment where we focus on our forum’s activities without getting distracted by corporate fluff. Most of the staff has been together for a long time, so we have a bit of a routine going. It’s just a normal office in a nice part of town, where we try to do our bit every day without making a big scene.
