Awantika Sweetsawantika Sweets And Foods Llp is our little business located in Jasola. We have a spot in Omaxe Square, right at 39Ff110025. South Delhi is a fast-paced place, and being in a mall like this means there is always something happening. We spend our mornings preparing the sweets and snacks. It is a lot of work and it can get quite warm in the kitchen area, but that is just part of the job. We are on the first floor, so we get a good view of the shoppers walking by. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything is ready for the customers. We do not use any fancy machines, mostly just doing things by hand like we were taught. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients and one of us has to go out to the market quickly. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we manage to get everything done. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a local shop where we try to do our best every day. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know some of the regulars who work in the nearby offices. They usually stop by in the afternoon for a quick bite. It is a decent way to make a living and we like the atmosphere of the mall.
