Arvitis Bistro Private Limited

Arvitis Bistro Private Limited is located on the second floor of building 27-A in Zamrudpur. It’s an interesting spot because Zamrudpur is quite a busy, cramped little pocket in South Delhi. You have to climb the stairs to find us. A lot of time was spent getting the kitchen set up just right. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we need. Noise from the street downstairs usually filters up, so it never feels too quiet. Most of our day is spent handling the cooking and prep work. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and getting sauces ready. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding the entrance since the buildings here are so close together. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who know about us are locals or people working nearby. The space gets a bit tight when all the staff are in at once. We keep the fridge stocked and the stove going for most of the afternoon and evening. It’s just a regular bistro business where we try to keep things organized. There’s always washing up to do and floors to scrub at the end of the night. We’re just a small team trying to keep the kitchen running properly every day. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the routine of it all even when it's busy and things get a little chaotic.
