We are based in E-4, Defence Colony. Most people just call the area Def Col. It is a nice part of South Delhi, fairly quiet compared to the main markets nearby. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the skill development planning and paperwork. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job with the training projects we take on. People come to us from all over the city, and we usually sit down in the office to talk through what they are looking for. It is a bit of a professional environment because of the neighborhood, but we try to keep things relaxed once you get inside. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. Usually, you will find the owners and the staff sitting at the same tables, working through the day’s tasks together. We focus a lot on how to make people more employable in today's market. It is a lot of meetings and looking at data, but we try to keep the human element in it as much as possible. Some days are slower than others, and we might spend time just chatting about how the area has changed over the years. We have been in this E-4 spot for some time now, and it feels like a second home. We are just regular people trying to help others build up their skills so they can find better work.
