We’ve got our office at S-48 in Greater Kailash II, down on the lower ground floor. Apport Realtors Llp is the name we go by, and this basement spot in GK-II has been our base for a while. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache around here. The office is tucked away, so it stays cool during the heatwaves, which we like. We have some heavy desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. There isn't much of a view since we are below ground level, but it helps us stay focused on the tasks we have. We spend our time looking into property listings and talking to people who want to move into the area. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't doing anything flashy. Usually, someone is making a round of coffee while the rest of us are busy on the phones. The lighting is all artificial, so we try to get outside for a walk whenever we can. It’s a practical workspace for a local business. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our day is taken up by the usual property paperwork and site visits. It’s a steady routine. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever business comes through the door, trying to keep things as organized as possible in our small space. The carpet is getting a bit old.
