We are over in Chitranjan Park at M-46, on the first floor. The office is under the name B D Batra, and that is where Apg Constructions And Consultants Private Limited does its work. South Delhi is a busy place, and C.R. Park has its own unique energy. Being on the first floor means we can hear the street noise, but it's where we get all our planning done. We do a mix of building and consulting, so some days we are looking at drawings and other days we are out checking on the foundations of a new structure. The 110019 area is where we spend most of our time. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We believe in just doing the work instead of talking about it too much. Construction can be tricky with all the regulations and the physical labor involved, but we've been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth. They’ve seen a building we worked on or heard from a friend that we are reliable. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the buildings we work on are safe and sturdy. It is a lot of responsibility, but it is what we know how to do best.
