Apeiros Build Private Limited is tucked away near Shambhu Dyal Bagh, right across from the old Modi Mill in Okhla Phase 3. It’s an industrial kind of area, so there’s always trucks and noise around our office at number 2. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on building projects that actually make sense for the people using them. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing because that's not who we are. We're more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of materials scattered around. We spend a lot of time out at the sites because you can’t really see what’s going on from behind a desk. Okhla is a busy place to be based, but it works for us. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take longer because of the rain or a shortage of supplies, we just say so. There’s no use in sugarcoating things when you're in construction. We handle the structural stuff and the finishing, making sure things are solid. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to fix it. We just do the work and try to stay out of the way while the buildings go up. It's just a regular local business.
