Ankush Realtors Llp is tucked away at Kohinoor Farm, which is on Westend Marg in the Saidullajab village area. We are right near Beneji Hospital, so that’s usually the best landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. Being in a farm area like this in South Delhi gives the office a different feel than being in a high-rise. It’s Kh. No. 236 if you’re looking at the local maps. We have a lot of space around us, but the office itself is just a basic building. We do a lot of walking around the local plots and talking to the people who live in the village. It’s a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, but we don't mind much. Inside, we have our desks and a few old cabinets for all the property records. We don't have a uniform or anything, we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. Most of the day is spent dealing with land issues and property papers. It’s regular work that keeps us busy. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice. The hospital nearby means there are always people passing by. It’s a mix of rural and city life here. We just go about our business, answering calls and keeping track of the local market in our own simple way. There’s always plenty to do and the internet is sometimes slow. We use old pens that leak sometimes.
