We are located at 110/190 in R.K Nagar, which has been our home base for quite some time now. The office is a simple one, just a room with a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We do development work, which mostly means we spend our time looking at plots of land and trying to figure out how to best use the space. It is not a glamorous job, and most days involve a lot of driving around and talking to people in different neighborhoods. We chose R.K Nagar because it is a place we know well and where we feel comfortable. We don't have a big sign out front or anything that looks too polished. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or have heard about us from their friends. It is a small team here, just three of us really, and we handle everything from the initial site visits to the final paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is so quiet you can hear the clock ticking on the wall. We don't mind either way as long as the work gets done. We aren't looking to become the biggest developers in the country, we just want to do a decent job on the projects we have right here. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
