Amigos Burrito Llp

Amigos Burrito is located up on the third floor of M39 in Greater Kailash, Part II. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work. The heat from the stove gets pretty intense in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We handle a lot of tortillas and beans. There is always someone chopping onions or tomatoes in the back. You can usually hear the sound of the knife hitting the cutting board throughout the day. We aren't doing anything complicated, just putting together burritos. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the entrance because the stairs are a bit narrow, but they usually figure it out. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen a lot of other shops come and go. The area is nice, though the parking can be a real headache if you’re trying to visit. We just keep our heads down and focus on the prep work. If the rice isn't cooked just right, the whole day feels off. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some ingredients, and a lot of rolling. Sometimes we get a big order and everyone has to jump in to help, even if they're usually just handling the phones or the books. It’s a simple living and we like the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time just chatting while we work.
