Ambition Veracity Realty Llp

Our office is located at B-14, up on the third floor in Friends Colony. It is a bit of a climb since the elevator is sometimes temperamental, but the view from the top is okay. We are Ambition Veracity Realty Llp and this is where we spend our working hours in South Delhi. Friends Colony is generally a quieter neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which we appreciate. The office itself is quite plain. We have some white desks and a small corner for making tea. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails about different properties. We keep a lot of physical files too, because we don't fully trust everything to be only on the computer. It’s a small group of us here. We usually eat lunch together at the main table. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just some maps of Delhi and a calendar. The sunlight comes in quite strong in the afternoons, so we have to adjust the curtains quite a bit. We just handle the everyday reality of property work. It’s not glamorous. It involves a lot of checking documents and talking to owners. We’ve been at this address for some time now and it feels like a second home. We just try to stay focused on the work at hand and get things done without making a big deal about it. The water dispenser leaks a little.
