Ambika Realcon Developers Private is located over at H No.-136 in Jasola. We are up on the third floor in Pocket 1. If you know where the Apollo Hospital is, we are right behind it. It’s a busy area of South Delhi 110025 with a lot of people coming and going. The office is a bit of a climb since we are on the third floor but it’s quiet enough for us to get work done. We spend our time managing various real estate projects. There is always a lot of back and forth with the workers on site and the people in the government offices. It’s not a glamorous job and there is a lot of paperwork involved. We keep things pretty informal here. You might see some blueprints spread out on the table and some half-finished cups of coffee. We have been in Jasola for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We focus on getting the buildings done right without a lot of fuss. It’s a small team and we all do a bit of everything. From checking on materials to talking to clients, there is never a dull moment. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. That is how we have always operated. It works for us and the people we work with in this part of New Delhi.
