Ambashakti Realty Private Limited is located in a very famous spot, the M Block Market in Greater Kailash Part-II. Our office is at M-84 on the first floor. If you’ve ever been to GK-II, you know how lively the market is. There are restaurants, cafes, and shops everywhere. Being on the first floor means we are right above all that action. We can hear the shoppers and the cars all day long, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the place. The office itself is a bit older, with heavy wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really care about having a modern look; we just need a place to sit and work. Most of our day is spent meeting people who are looking for properties in South Delhi. Since we are in the market, it’s very easy for people to just drop in after they finish their shopping. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing paperwork. Greater Kailash has a certain feel to it, and being right in the M Block makes us feel like part of the community. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to see the market change throughout the seasons from our window upstairs while we handle our business.
