Our small office is tucked away in Batla House, specifically at P-103/3A on Nafees Road. We are on the first floor in Flat 101, but you have to go around to the back side to find the entrance. It's a bit of a maze in this part of Okhla, but once you get used to the narrow streets, it’s not too bad. Being in South Delhi puts us close to a lot of the big medical centers, which is why we set up here. We spend the day dealing with people who are coming into the city for surgeries or check-ups. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. The space we have is simple and functional, nothing over the top. We just need enough room for our desks and a place for visitors to sit when they come to discuss their travel plans. It can get pretty noisy outside with the usual market sounds of Batla House, but we don't mind it. People often stop by just to ask for directions or to figure out which hospital is best for their specific health issues. We help out with the medical tourism side of things, making sure the patients have their documents ready and their stays sorted out. It’s a busy life here in Delhi, and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for the families who come here for help.
