You can find us at 101, C-1/40 in Old Jasola Village. It’s an older part of South Delhi that’s seen a lot of changes over the years. We do import and export work here. It's a small team, really just a handful of us handling the daily tasks. We spend most of our time on our computers or on the phone with various agents. Dealing with logistics means there is always something to check on or a problem to solve. Sometimes we're waiting for a container to arrive at the docks, and other times we are preparing documents for a local client. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we sit and get the work done. We like being in Jasola because it’s well-connected, even if the traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons. Our work is pretty straightforward. We find sources for goods and then we ship them. There's no magic to it, just keeping a close eye on the details and making sure the numbers add up. We don't spend any money on fancy marketing or advertisements. We’d rather just focus on making sure the goods get where they need to go without getting lost. It's a lot of back and forth with the shipping lines and transport companies. It keeps us quite busy. Most days we are just happy when everything goes according to the schedule without too many unexpected delays at the port.
