Al Wafa Medical Services Private Limited is located over at Batla House. If you know the Jamia Nagar area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. We are on the upper ground floor at P-1/8. It’s right there at the front face, so you can’t really miss the spot if you're looking for it. We’ve been operating out of Okhla for some time now, focusing on medical services. It’s not a big corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a regular floor where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep. We help out with whatever medical service requests come our way. People from around the neighborhood stop by quite a bit. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We don’t have a massive staff, just enough of us to keep the files in order and the services moving along. Dealing with medical stuff takes a lot of time and paperwork. We just try to stay organized in the middle of all the Batla House noise. Being on the upper ground floor helps keep us away from the street dust a little bit. We’ve got our routine down. It’s simple work, really. Just helping people get their medical needs sorted without making it too complicated. That’s how we’ve always done things here. We just keep moving and making sure the services are ready when people need them.
