Ajm Builders Llp

Ajm Builders Llp is based out of Kalkaji, specifically at Plot No. 1 on the third floor. We are part of the Lsc Site No. 37 and 38 in the Morland area. It's an interesting spot to work from because there is a lot of commercial activity all around us. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which isn't a bad thing. We spend our hours mostly coordinating with different crews and making sure supplies get delivered where they need to go. Kalkaji is a busy part of town, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm here. Our office is functional—lots of shelves with folders, a few sturdy desks, and a big table for looking at site maps. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone or writing down notes for a site visit. We prefer to keep things low-key. The focus is always on the building sites, not on how the office looks. We’ve been around this area long enough to know where to get the best materials and which shortcuts to take when the main roads are blocked. It is hard work and it can be stressful when things don’t go as planned, but that is the nature of building. We just keep at it and try to get every project finished on time.
