AH3M BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for AH3M BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located on the second floor of house F-3A in Shaheen Bagh. We are specifically in Abul Fazal Enclave Part 2, which is in the South Delhi area, 110025. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here, and we like being part of the community where people know each other. The office itself is pretty plain and simple. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets for all the buildcon paperwork we have to track throughout the week. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of glitz or expensive decorations. We are mostly focused on the technical side of the construction business. A lot of our day is spent talking to contractors on the phone or making sure we have the right permits in place for our sites. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, especially if you’re carrying a lot of gear, but it’s a good space once you get inside. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects from our little corner of Shaheen Bagh. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the phones ringing and people coming in and out, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the tasks finished. There’s no big mystery to it, just regular people working in a regular Delhi office.
