We have our office at H 23 in Akalkaji. If you are familiar with that block, you probably know the area is quite lively with shops and houses all mixed together. Agb Developers Llp is run from this spot. We are a small outfit, so when you call, you are probably going to talk to one of the same three or four people every time. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practicalities of building. That means arguing with suppliers about the price of steel or making sure the laborers have what they need to keep moving. It is not glamorous work, and we often go home covered in dust from visiting sites. But it is what we know how to do. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep everything moving forward. Akalkaji is a fine place to be because it is so central and we can get to most of our sites fairly quickly. There is always something to do, whether it is checking a foundation or sorting out some paperwork for the city. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a small business, and we like it that way because we can actually keep an eye on everything ourselves without getting lost in meetings. It works for us and our clients.
