Our place is located at Araji No-948, Plot 48A in Saipuram, Mohisinpur. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you get here, it’s easy enough to spot. We handle various infra services. It’s a lot of logistical work and making sure materials get where they need to go. The office isn't in a big city skyscraper; it’s a more practical space where we can actually get work done without too many distractions. We have a small yard for some of the equipment and a couple of rooms for the office stuff. It’s quiet out here compared to the middle of Delhi. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties. Most of the time, we’re in work boots and jeans because that’s what the job requires. We’ve been at this plot for a while and have built up a decent rhythm. There’s no complicated hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free does it. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We’re just a group of people who understand how to build things and keep projects moving. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the plans and get to work. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the independence of it. We take it one day at a time here in Mohisinpur.
