Aap Ka Awas Llp

Aap Ka Awas Llp is based in the basement of building C-204 in Greater Kailash 1. We are right across from the park, which is a nice view when we step outside for a break. Being in a basement in the 110048 area of New Delhi means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. The office is just a plain workspace where we handle all our daily business. It is not a big corporate headquarters. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of real estate. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly and do the work. The park across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have been in GK-1 for a while, so we know the local scene pretty well. Sometimes the basement can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in, but we make it work. We are not about flashy presentations or big promises. We just want to help people find what they need and keep our records straight. It is a straightforward way to run things, and we like it that way. No corporate polish, just regular people working. We spend a lot of time looking at property listings and making calls to clients.
