We are down in the basement at S 169 in Greater Kailash II. It’s a quiet space, which is actually pretty nice considering how busy GK II can get sometimes. A3S Real Tech Llp has been based here for a bit, focusing on the technical side of real estate and property matters. Working from a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. Most of our work is done on computers or out on site visits, so we just need a solid place to keep our equipment and files. People who come to see us usually have an appointment because it's not really a walk-in kind of place. We handle things ourselves, from the planning to the execution of whatever project is on the desk. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff, so we try to keep the distractions down. The area around S 169 is mostly residential and other small offices, so it’s a decent environment to work in. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Delhi, just one that does the job right. Sometimes the cell reception is a bit spotty downstairs, so we rely on the landline a lot. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy or modern. Just a group of people working hard on real tech solutions in a quiet corner of Greater Kailash.
