9 Star County Private Limited is down in the basement at B-33 in Defence Colony. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, so we have to keep the lamps on all day. It’s a cozy space, though, and it stays nice and cool even when it’s boiling hot outside in Delhi. Defence Colony is a pretty well-known spot, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding the building. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the stairs. The office is full of desks pushed together and a few chairs that have seen better days. We handle various bits of business, mostly focused on land and county projects. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on details. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do because it’s mostly just hard work and staying organized. Our team is small and we all get along pretty well. We usually take turns bringing in snacks or making tea for everyone. There isn't any big corporate philosophy here; we just show up in the morning and do what is on the schedule. Sometimes the basement feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical workspace for practical people.
