Being in the bazar means we are right in the middle of everything. We get a lot of noise from the market, but we don’t mind. We focus on construction projects around the South Sikkim area. It involves a lot of site visits and checking on the masonry work. We have a small team of dedicated people who have worked together for years. We aren't the type to wear suits; you’ll usually find us in work clothes. The office walls are covered with photos of past projects and a few old calendars. We drink plenty of tea and talk about the challenges of building on slopes. The rain in Sikkim can be a real problem for our timelines, so we have to be flexible. We don't use a lot of fancy software, mostly just paper and pens and a basic computer for the accounts. People in Namchi know where to find us if they want to build a house or a shop. We are honest about what we can do and how long it will take. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. It is a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way.
