Zehen

You can find us inside The Manor Hotel over at 77 Friends Colony West. It is a bit of a different setup since we are part of the hotel grounds. It is usually pretty quiet back here, away from the main road noise of Delhi. I have been working here for a bit, and I like how the light comes through the windows in the early morning. Zehen is not like those big chain gyms where everyone is shouting. It is more laid back. We have the usual equipment, some mats for stretching, and the space is kept quite clean. I spend a lot of time just making sure everything is in its proper place. The staff at the hotel are nice, and sometimes we get guests staying there coming in, but it is mostly regulars who live nearby in Friends Colony. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate to get back to where we are located. I usually bring my own lunch and eat it in the small back area when there is a gap in the schedule. The machines are decent, and we make sure the towels are always stocked up. It is a peaceful corner of the city. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us or hear about it from a neighbor. It feels more like a small community than a business. It is just a place to come and move around.
