You can find us over in Abul Fazal Enclave, which is part of the busy Jamia Nagar area in Okhla. Our office at E-50 is right in the middle of all the noise and energy of New Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes, but we like being in this part of town. The office itself is pretty basic, just a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. We handle a lot of the backend work for infrastructure projects here. This means a lot of hours spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to contractors on the mobile. It’s a busy atmosphere where someone is always typing or heading out the door for a meeting. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. The air conditioner hums in the background, trying its best against the Delhi heat. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by. Most of our days are spent coordinating between different teams and making sure the paperwork for the materials is in order. It’s not glamorous, and the office can get a bit messy with all the maps and documents lying around. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is moving forward according to the schedule we have on the whiteboard. There’s always someone asking for directions in the hallway.
