Xebec Design & Facilities Private Limited

We are located on the first floor of the DDA Flats in J 1/346, New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi setup where space is a bit tight but we make it work for Xebec Design & Facilities Private Limited. Being in a residential-style area means things feel a little more grounded than being in a glass skyscraper. You can hear the neighborhood sounds, and there’s always someone moving about in the corridors. Our office is filled with drawings, facility plans, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days coordinating between different sites and making sure the designs we’re working on actually make sense in the real world. New Delhi can be a stressful place to work with the heat and the constant hustle, but we’ve got a good routine going here. We don’t bother with corporate jargon or long-winded mission statements because we’re too busy actually doing the work. Usually, our mornings are spent on calls or looking over facility layouts, and the afternoons are for sorting out the inevitable hiccups that happen in this business. We are a small crew, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the printer breaks down right when we need it most, but we get by. We just want to do a decent job and keep our heads down while we navigate the busy streets of 110019. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps us busy.
