World'S No. 1 Steel Producing Company

Our office is on the second floor of a building in Vikram Vihar, over in Lajpat Nagar-4. It’s number 19/115. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Lajpat Nagar can get. There’s always something happening on the streets below, and the sounds of the city definitely reach us up here. We’re involved with the steel industry, but this office is mostly for the paperwork and coordination side of things. It’s not a massive steel mill with smoke and fire; it’s just us with our laptops and phones. The space is a bit narrow, and we’ve had to get creative with how we store all our records. We have a small tea station in the back which gets a lot of use. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. It’s a central location which makes it easier for people to reach us, even with the Delhi traffic. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We’re just a group of people working in the steel business, trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking spreadsheets. Nothing too fancy, just the way we like to operate. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is.
