We are located at D-888/1C on Ratia Marg in the Sangam Vihar area of New Delhi. Hamdard Nagar is right nearby. If you’ve ever been to Sangam Vihar, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the city. There’s always people everywhere and the traffic on Ratia Marg can be a real headache. We work on phone and telecom stuff under the name World Phone India. The office is basically just a functional space in a busy building. We have a lot of wires and equipment around because that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s a real place in a real neighborhood. We spend our time fixing connection issues and helping people with their phone services. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just catching up on technical maintenance. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do. There are plenty of small shops and food stalls right outside our door, so there is always somewhere to get a quick snack. We are just a group of people who know how the phone systems work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the calls, fix the lines, and go home. It’s a busy life here in South Delhi.
