Women'S Care Clinic

This clinic is located at E-143 in Kalkaji, right near the Laxmi Narayan Mandir. It’s a familiar spot for most of the women in the neighborhood. We’ve set up the clinic to be a straightforward place for health checks and advice. The entrance is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. Inside, the waiting room has a few benches and some posters on the wall about basic health. It’s not a decorated or stylish place; we’ve kept it simple and practical. We see many mothers and their daughters, and sometimes it gets quite loud with children playing while they wait for their turn. The bells from the Mandir can often be heard inside, which gives the place a nice, local atmosphere. We keep a small kettle in the back for tea during the afternoon slump. Most of our day is spent listening to patients and writing down notes in their files. The files are stacked on a metal rack behind the desk, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one if it’s a busy day. We don’t have a website or a fancy booking app; usually, people just call the landline or walk in. It’s a very traditional way of running things, but it works for the people in Kalkaji. We’re just a regular part of the local street, doing our work every day without much fuss or noise.
