WINSOME HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Lado Sarai at Property No. F-213/D-4. Lado Sarai is an interesting place with all the narrow streets and old buildings mixed with new shops. It can be a little confusing to find us the first time you visit. Our office is just a regular room where we handle all the hospitality stuff. We have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The tea guy around the corner knows exactly how we like our chai. We do not have any big slogans or glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or heard about us from a friend. We just take care of the guest houses and services we manage. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we also spend time visiting the properties to make sure everything is okay. Some days we are running around like crazy and other days it is quiet enough to actually organize the desk. We are just a small team of local folks. We like the work even when it gets stressful because it keeps us involved with the community here in New Delhi. We don't try to be fancy. We just focus on the basic things that make a stay comfortable for people, which is really what hospitality should be about anyway.
