We operate out of a basement at C 65 in Shivalik. It’s a quiet spot, which is good because we need to focus when we’re looking at facade designs and window systems. Win Dorz isn't a massive retail store; it's more of a workshop and planning hub. We spend a lot of time thinking about how glass and metal fit together to keep the weather out. Shivalik is a nice residential area, so we try to keep our noise levels down for the neighbors. We’ve got samples of different frames and glass types leaning against the walls. It’s a bit crowded in here sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department. Mostly, architects or builders hear about us and give us a call. We just talk through the technical bits without trying to be fancy. It’s about making sure the windows don't leak and the facade looks clean. We like the hands-on aspect of the job. Some days we are out on tall buildings, and other days we are down here in the basement sketching out a custom frame. It’s a practical trade. We don't use a lot of flowery language. We just tell you what works for your specific building. Being in South Delhi makes it easy for us to reach different sites quickly. We’re just a small, focused team that knows our materials well and does the work.
