VR Real Technologies

Our office is over at 11 Park Avenue in Maharani Bagh. It’s a decent spot, fairly quiet compared to some other parts of Delhi. We deal with real estate technology, which sounds more complicated than it actually is when you’re doing it every day. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks looking at data or trying to get the software to behave. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all been together for a bit now. The space is filled with computers and a few half-dead plants someone forgot to water. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone typing away or talking on a headset. We spend a lot of time thinking about how people find homes and how the tech side of things can make that less of a headache. It's a lot of trial and error. Maharani Bagh is a nice place to be based, and the walk to get tea in the afternoon is a good break from the screens. We don't put on airs here. We just try to make things run a bit smoother for the industry. Sometimes the internet goes down or a server acts up, and we just deal with it. It’s just a normal office doing regular work on Park Avenue. We’re usually around if someone needs to talk about a listing.
