Vmr Luxury Abodes Private Limited is located in Safdarjung Enclave. Our office is at A-1/51 on the first floor. This part of South Delhi is actually quite nice, with plenty of trees and a little more breathing room than the more crowded parts of the city. We focus on housing in the area. Even though our name mentions luxury, we are just regular people working out of a modest office space. We don't have a massive staff or anything like that. It is mostly just a couple of us handling the day-to-day tasks that come up. We spend most of our time visiting houses and talking to people who are looking for a new place to live. Safdarjung Enclave is an area we know very well because we spend so much time walking the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic and functional. We have some chairs for visitors and a computer that has been with us for a long time. We don't really see the point in spending money on expensive decorations. We would rather just focus on getting the work done. Property work can get quite complicated with all the different rules and regulations, so we spend a lot of time reading through documents. It is not always the most exciting work, but it is what we do. We enjoy the local vibe here and there are some good tea stalls nearby.
