Vishnu Electronic

Our shop is tucked away in the East of Kailash Main Market area, specifically over in Garhi. If you know the market well, you know how crowded it gets, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We have been here at Vishnu Electronic for some time now, dealing with all sorts of gadgets and spare parts. The shelves are mostly full of wires, circuit boards, and tools that we use every day. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because there’s always something being taken apart on the front counter. We usually have a radio playing in the background while we work on repairs. People bring in their broken electronics, and we take a look to see if it’s worth fixing or if they need something new. The alley outside is narrow, so it’s better to walk than try to bring a big car through. We share the space with a lot of other small vendors, so there’s always someone to talk to during the quiet hours in the afternoon. Sometimes the lights flicker when the main market load gets high, but we just keep working. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our mornings and evenings. Most of our regulars are from the neighborhood who know us by name. It’s a noisy, busy place but we like being right in the middle of the Garhi market scene.
