Virid Designworks

We are tucked away in Pocket C of Ashram, right near Jeevan Hospital. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Siddharth Extension, but we’ve been at 81A for a while now. The office is usually full of half-finished sketches and rolls of paper. We do a lot of design work, mostly figuring out how to make spaces look right without spending a fortune. It’s a small team, so when things get busy, we’re all just hunched over our desks. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a week. We don’t really do those big corporate presentations. Most of the time, we’re just sitting down with someone and showing them what we’ve drawn on a scrap of paper or a tablet. Sometimes the internet goes out or the printer jams right when we need it. That’s just how it is here. We like being in this part of Delhi because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare. Usually, someone is out getting tea from the stall around the corner while the rest of us argue about a layout. We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we’ve seen enough projects to know what’s going to be a headache later on. It’s practical work, and we try to keep it simple for everyone involved. We've been doing this for several years now, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but the work stays the same.
