We are located on the second floor at MCD No. 1A, right on Samman Bazar Road in Bhogal. It is a very lively part of South Delhi, 110014, and there is always something going on outside our windows with all the vendors and shoppers. Vikair Infra LLP is where we handle all the planning and the number crunching for our infrastructure projects. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but it keeps us in shape during the work week. We spend most of our time looking at site reports and trying to coordinate with workers in the field. Bhogal is a tight-knit area, and being in the middle of Samman Bazar means we are never far from the local action. The office is usually a mess of blueprints, rulers, and half-drunk cups of tea. We don’t worry too much about having a perfect office setup because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Managing infrastructure is a lot about logistics and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone fixing it with the transport guys. That’s just the nature of this business. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and manage projects. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing speak to describe what we do. We just show up and do it every day because that is what pays the bills.
