Vidhya & Girraj Painter

Vidhya & Girraj Painter is basically just us working out of Dr Ambedkar Nagar. We are located at 3/561, which is a spot we’ve used for a long time. Being in this neighborhood means we are close to a lot of the people we end up helping. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything. Usually, we are out on a job, but this is the home base where we keep all our supplies and ladders. Sometimes the place gets a bit messy with paint cans and drop cloths everywhere, but that’s just part of the trade. We started doing this because it was a practical way to make a living, and we’ve stuck with it. It’s a lot of manual work, standing on your feet all day and moving things around. Some mornings we start really early before the sun gets too hot, and other days we’re finishing up late. People in the area know where to find us if they need something done. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbor about us. It’s a simple setup, really. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be fair with everyone. If you walk past 3/561, you might see us loading up the gear for the day. It’s just how we live and work here in the city.
