Vest Ayurveda Clinic is up on the top floor of Tilak Khand-47 in Giri Nagar. We are right in the Kalkaji area, which stays busy pretty much all day and night. Being near the Govindpuri Metro Station helps because people can just walk over from there after they get off the train. Since we are on the top floor, there is a bit of a climb, but it is quieter once you get inside. You can usually smell the herbs and oils we use as soon as you open the door. It is an old-school way of doing things, using traditional methods for health. The rooms are simple with a few wooden cabinets for our supplies. We keep a lot of jars and bottles filled with different preparations. The view from the window shows the rooftops of Giri Nagar and the metro tracks nearby. We spend our time talking to people about their digestion, their sleep, and general aches. It is not like a modern hospital; it feels more like a home. The floor is often a bit dusty because of the Delhi air, but we try our best to keep the treatment areas tidy. We are not a big chain, just a local spot in 110019 where people come when they want an Ayurvedic approach. Sometimes the metro noise is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few days of working here.
