You can find us at A-292/1 in Phase-I of the Okhla Industrial Area. Being in Okhla means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of dust from all the factories around us. The building is a typical industrial structure, functional and a bit grey, but it serves our purposes well. We have a fair amount of space inside for the equipment and the office side of things. It's usually a bit of a mess because we are always in the middle of something, whether it's checking a new shipment or sorting out old files. The light in the office isn't great, so we have these big tube lights that hum a little. We have a small crew, and most of us have been working together for a decade or more. We know each other's habits, like who takes their tea without sugar and who is always late because of the Delhi traffic. The roads in Phase-I are often blocked by big lorries, so we’ve learned to be patient. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any awards on display. Instead, we have calendars from three years ago still hanging and some spare parts sitting on the window sills. It’s just a place where work happens without much fuss. When the sun goes down, the area gets a bit quieter, and that's usually when we finish up the last of the paperwork and head home.
