Our office is tucked away in Khanpur, specifically at A-117, Flat No - 1 in Jawahar Park. If you know the area near Sainik Farms, you’ll know it can get a bit crowded with all the narrow lanes and people moving about. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a good while, and it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. The sign outside is a bit weathered from the Delhi sun, but it gets the point across. Most of the day is spent handling parcels and sorting through the express mail that needs to go out. It gets noisy when the vans pull up, and there is always someone coming in or out with a clipboard. We keep a couple of old fans running to deal with the heat, and the sound of them hums in the background while we work. It’s not a large space, so we have to be organized with where we put the packages so nobody trips over them. We don't really do the whole big business talk here. We just focus on the mail and making sure the address labels are readable. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up chatting while we wait for the screens to load. It is just a regular local spot where we put in our hours and go home.
