You can find us at House Number A-231/2 in Prakash Mohalla. We are up on the third floor. East of Kailash is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, but our little corner in the mohalla is more of a quiet, residential-style street that has slowly filled up with small businesses like ours. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs every day, which keeps us moving since there isn't a fancy lift in this old building. The office is basically a converted floor of a house. It feels very personal and not at all like a big corporate headquarters. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air and look out over the rooftops of the neighborhood. Inside, it is a mix of computers and old ledgers. We do our work for the Uppal Group here, mostly focusing on the administrative side of things. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have our own rhythm here. The neighborhood is full of life, with delivery bikes buzzing past and people calling out to each other. It’s an honest place to work. We don't put on any acts for visitors. We are just a group of people in a third-floor office trying to stay on top of our daily tasks.
