Up Rajkiya Nirman Nigam

We operate out of 93 G in Jasola Vihar, which is over in New Delhi. It’s a busy area, lots of offices and people moving around all the time. Our building isn’t hard to find if you know the Jasola area well enough. We handle a lot of construction-related stuff here, mostly just managing the paperwork and the planning for different projects that are going on. It’s a lot of back and forth with different sites and people. The office can get pretty loud during the day with everyone talking and the phones ringing non-stop. We aren't some sleek modern firm; we're just regular workers in a government-related setup at Up Rajkiya Nirman Nigam. Most of the desks are covered in blueprints and old files that we need to keep track of. Sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work right, and we just have to open the windows and deal with the Delhi heat. It’s just the reality of working here. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years. You see the same faces every day, and we all know how the routine goes. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes at the local stalls nearby. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. Dealing with all the regulations and the logistics takes up most of our energy.
